The Colossal Production Process
Bovine Colostrum, Cows & Calves
All of the cows used to gather colostrum for Colossal™ are from American, USDA, Grade-A dairy farms. The cows are grass-fed and hormone free, antibiotic free and rBST free.
Generally, a cow creates 20 liters of first-milking colostrum, but only needs about 2-4 liters depending on birth weight. After we verify that the calf has obtained 100% of its needs, we harvest the remaining colostrum.
We never use high-heat or spray-heat pasteurization for our colostrum because pasteurization can kill off many of the benefits found in colostrum. Our patent pending process removes harmful pathogens from the colostrum while keeping the product in its natural state.
DENATURATION AND COLOSTRUM PROCESSING
Keeping things raw is what we're all about. Using a low and cold processing technique allows us to deliver to you 100% whole bovine colostrum in its natural liquid form. Instead of turning colostrum into a powdered form in order to increase shelf life, we choose to keep it in its natural liquid state. By doing this, we ensure we maintain all of the colostrum's amazing benefits.
SHIPPING COLOSTRUM TO YOU
We ship Colossal frozen in an insulated box to retain its temperature. The product is temperature stable, so don't worry if you receive your shipment and it's not completely frozen. Now, start taking this 100% raw colostrum and experience true results!
